About Paddleworks Pickleball Club
Whether you’re new to the game, looking for a couple hours of boisterous open play, or training for your next 4.0+ tournament, Paddleworks has something for every player. Enjoy a full schedule of clinics, leagues, open play sessions, fitness classes and group or private lessons- all led by experienced instructors.
Our in-house pro shop features the latest in paddle technology with dozens of demo paddles available to help you find your perfect fit. At Paddleworks, we’re building more than a place to play. We’re creating a fun loving, dink dropping, Bert and Erne hopping, all-welcoming community of pickleball passion you don’t want to miss.
Greg Kutvirt
Founder
Greg chased the love of his life, Lucie, to the Upper Valley in June 2025 as she pursued her residency at DHMC. In August, Lucie and Greg welcomed their first child, Florence, into the world. Somewhere in this whirlwind of life changes, Paddleworks was also born.
Greg first played pickleball on Bainbridge Island, WA in 1994 and after a hefty hiatus, he returned to the sport with the same joy he first felt holding a wooden paddle as a wee lad. Greg and his sidekick Florence are delighted at the good fortune of spending time at Paddleworks with the inimitable Upper Valley pickleball community!

Loriston Fennell
General Manager
A lifelong Upper Valley resident hailing from North Thetford, Vermont, Loriston brings deep community roots and a genuine passion for pickleball to his new role as General Manager of Paddleworks. He discovered the sport through open play at Maxfield in Hartford, VT, and never looked back, quickly channeling the tennis skills he developed as a teenager into a competitive pickleball game. Today he competes in regional 4.5+ tournaments and holds Level 1 and Level 2 coaching certifications through the DUPR ICI course. Off the courts, Loriston is a performer and the Vice President of Valley Improv, a producer of the Upper Valley 24-Hour Play Fest, and a proud cat-dad to Clawdia, Chase, and Purrcival. He and his fiancée Victoria are celebrating their upcoming wedding this October, followed by a honeymoon exploring the desert landscapes of Arizona.
